Avis Budget Rent A Car (Randburg)

<p>On 19th July 2016 I hired a car for 1 x day, they took a R 5000.00 refundable deposit, today is 5th August 2016 and nearly three weeks after I returned the car, but they have not refunded my R 5000.00 deposit. Similar stories are all over the internet, regarding the poor service they offer when it comes to refunding customers, I for one will not make use of Avis Rent A Car again. To their defence in a previous matter with another customer on Facebook, they said it takes up to 10 days for a refund, when a cheque card is used - WELL IT IS NOW THREE WEEKS and no refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can Avis hold onto peoples money for so long, are their administration processes so bad, that staff cannot enter simple refund transactions.</p> <p> </p> <p>VERY BAD - DONT USE AVIS !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Booked under the surname Croeser, second driver Ambrose, paid for at Randburg, car collected in Durban and dropped off in Durban.</p>
