Avis Budget are ******

Budget Avis are ******, I rented a car last month on the 9th of may but they haven't payed back my deposit even today, I made followups in vain, they told me the cash is released on the 28th, when I contact the bank the bank only see the amount deducted on the 9th but they dont see it coming in, I contacted them giving them feedback from my bank and they requested access code wich I did provide but still today no feedback nothing, what surprises me is.. the agen can see that the cash was released but doesn't see how much.. I mean really
