AVIS Booking Fiasco

It is quite sad that you barely get a car you booked for at AVIS.

It's a first come first serve type of operation where you find your self racing to get a decent car before they run out them.

Sadly the service is worse, especially in Bloemfontein Bram Fischer, East London Airport and Mthatha Airport branches.

You find yourself forced to take which ever car they have available irregardless of your needs.

They are never at fault for anything but providing what you didn't ask for.

I guess this so to be expected from a company saturated with business from the government sector.
