Avis Bloemfontein is nonsence

We bought the car at Avis Bloemfontein and collected on 5/12/2025 and Monday I report to Dalin the battery is not in a good state,it is less than two weeks having this car. today I took the battery for a test at Willard and the battery is totally dead. I came with the report to Avis to Marten the manager no assist and the refer to Vw. Avis don't care for their client I don't recommend anyone to buy a car from them as long they got the sale
