Avis - better change your slogan!!!!

So I book a car for my son with Avis (we try harder) for collection at 12h00 today at Kruger Mpumalanga - he arrives with his voucher to find everything closed up. He phones the emergency contact number (which I also phoned a bit later) and we both get the same answer from Bella - sorry we are closed today....Yes but we have a voucher issued by you...Sorry we are closed!!!!!! So what do we do now? You can fetch the car tomorrow.....But we need the car today....Sorry we are closed!!!! Good bye Avis (we try harder)........you can try as hard as you like to get us back but it ain't going to happen!!
