Avis bellville bad service

I bought a car the first week of February 25 cash , asking since day one for my original natis and everytime is it they still working on it , till today i didn't receive my natis , lucille who was the sales lady on the deal keep telling me there is no update and she will come back to me , i contact her manager who work by the bellville branch , he dont even bother to answer my calls or to call me. This is so frustrating.
