Im very disappointed in Avis. I rented a car from the late November 2023. After returning their car after the rental period I was promised to receive my deposit after 31 days.

Now we at the end of January and still have not received my deposit back after having calling them multiple times given the run around and different story's everytime I call them. It's so frustrating
