Avis Bankrupt?

<p>The worst Service ever!!! I picked up my Hired Car Isando Avis, it was wet, i checked it and i was happy to go. Upon returning it 2 weeks later, they told me i had dented the car and would be charged. I told them that was impossible. After a drive down to their offices and thorough check through their records, they appologised. it was dented when they gave it to me....... thats not all. 2 weeks later when i received the invoice i had been charged for a R307.00 valet, according to their contract, a vehicle has to be extremely dirty? what does that mean? how does one measure that? especially if it had been washed! I then complained via email to a Xolani at Avis who had sent me the invoice on the 23rd of Febuary 2017. Ive sent more reminders. To date i have not received a reply. Which leads me to asked the question is Avis going Bankrupt, why are you going to these lengths to charge your customers for everything and any thing? I am disgusted at the treatment.
