Avis Bad Service

The worst experience. It has been a long time since I have experienced such pathetic service. They are not eager to help. They are slow like a bunch of turtles. Because of their mistake I am being punished. I am still waiting for my deposit of R1350. Over a Month now. And no one is able to help me. This is super bad service. And it is starting to irritate me, because it is still my money. And the car is returned. So why do they have any reason to take this long.
