Avis bad service

1. Took a car at bloemfontein city on the 2nd of january i was given a dirty polo vivo that was falling apart by johant jonker 3. It was delivered to us & we proceeded to the branch to make payments, My friend showed the guy(who’s name i don’t have) who delivered the car was dirty inside out and advise it’s the dust on the way to us at bloemspruit the interior was dusty & oily as though the car had just been returned by a customer my sister borrowed a cloth from the branch & wiped the vehicle. 4. The polo vivo has a etoll tag that no one told us about,me being capetonians i know nothing about etolls i paid at every toll plaza i drove through no boom gate was just opened without paying and i was not aware that i have a tag that i’m suppose to us. 5. When i arrived in cape town i went to Avis to report this polo with broken things inside & they changed the car with the half tank of fuel and advise i do not have to go refill they will deduct from the refundable deposit of R3 810 that i made. 6. Avis has now deducted R843 from my account during the course of the contract vehicle still with me, I called Avis spoke to the very same johant jonker who gave me a contract & vehicle but never told me there’s a tag i must use at toll plaza and he knew nothing about the amount debited from my account he advised he will investigate & call me same day on friday the 9february 2018 to date i’m yet to hear from him. 7. 8. Discovery insurance conferenced me with Avis and the lady advised i have been charged R46 for toll plaza that i did not pay and R626.85 for 42.58litres of fuel at R14.72 per litre, the remaining R170.15 is unknown.

I returned the car to Avis cape town international airport on the 11.02.18 i haven’t heard from Avis.

I am puzzled if Polo Vivo half tank fuel is R626.85 for 42.58 litres then how much is the full tank? And how many litres is the tank? It is definately not 85 litres neither is a polo vivo full tank R1 253.7
