AVIS at Lanceria Krugersdorp Airport service levels rated ............. 0!

I am still waiting for a debit that was supposed to be reversed to my Ned bank credit card since 19th Feb 2018.

The reversal confirmation was received and stated that the money will be reversed to my account with in 3-7 days! After waiting for 14 day I start making calls and NOTHING still happen sending me from pillar to post in the organization including their Head office account department.

Safe yourself this terrible service of empty promises that the problem will be sorted which till today hasn't been done.!
