AVIS ARE PATHETIC

Money was deducted from my account for a Traffic notification by Avis in October 2021. I contacted Paycity and Metro and was advised there is no notification. I requested Avis on numerous occasions to please send me evidence of this fine and proof the money deducted was used as advised to have the fine transferred into my name. They cannot give me any information about the fine but happy to take money off my account. They kept stating they will contact me but im still waiting for a call NOT ACCEPTABLE. AVOID AVIS
