Avis are a bunch of Theives!

@Avis car rental OR tambo. I hired a car on the 9 June 2018 for which I was billed R1007.00. On the 25 june 2018 which was 2 days ago I received an sms to say I was billed 30987.39 for Avis rent a car. I called Avis immediately and was told there was nothing on their system and it was probably a ********** claim. I proceeded to call my bank to cancel my card and investigate and hopefully recover my money. I called Avis back and this time I was told I was incorrectly charged for 20k+ kms which was incorrectly charged to me. I was guaranteed the funds would be reversed and paid into my account within 4 to 8 hours. 24 hours later I called back because the funds were not reversed. 48 hours later the funds are still not reversed!!! WTH is up with such incompetence! Every time I call I have to speak to a different supervisor and I’m told something different!!! I will never use Avis again they are a bunch of idiots!!!
