I booked a Suzuki Swift from these ****** for 35 days & returned it with a windscreen crack & was billed R8185.77 which was debited on my account in March 2023. All of a sudden my account was debited with 2X R400 & 2X R4001 for no reason on the 8th May 2023 and this is despite not getting my deposit. I have sent countless emails to them to no avail. Please dnt give these capitalists your bank account otherwise you'll regret it.

Please be advised that in the event that the renter receives a traffic fine whilst renting the Avis vehicle, a traffic fine administration fee is billed per traffic fine that is issued.
For your rental there were four (4) traffic fines that were directed to us by the Traffic department.
We will request our team to send the debit notes and the actual traffic fines.
