Avis and Opel/Bates run around

God help Avis! We have a motor vehicle which we would like to have serviced and/or extend the service plan. Talking to the local service centre for Opel, they told me someone would call me. When? Then I called Avis and after a long wait and various options, "we will transfer you to someone who can help", then "you need this team"... then we can't help you over the phone we will send you an e-mail. What a mission to give my e-mail address over the phone... Now we wait
