Avis Amanzimtoti refuse to send my refund

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Avis Car Hire Amanzimtoti. I am STILL waiting for my refund of R19,000 since April 2024, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.

I have contacted their customer service team numerous times via email/phone/in-person, but each time, I am met with empty promises and no action. This level of service is unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation.

The delay has caused me significant financial stress and inconvenience. I trusted Avis for their professionalism, but this experience has completely shattered my confidence in their services.

I urge Avis Amanzimtoti to take immediate action to resolve this matter and process my refund without further delay. I would not recommend their services to anyone until they improve their customer service and accountability.
