AVIS agent with no communication

We signed up with AVIS in 2018 as a booking agent. We have a travel website with thousands of monthly visitors who are looking for lodges, car hire, etc. We were dealing Jared Viljoen, the Digital Specialist, and submitted all the requested forms and uploaded all the ads on our website. It's now 4 years later and we have not heard from AVIS regarding bookings made via our website. Upon contacting Jared, we are told there have been a few completed bookings but we have not been paid our commission or received one statement as Finance did not load us on the system. We provided fresh forms for Finance but now Jared is not responding to our emails and we have no other contact people at AVIS. This is not the way to treat a business partner...
