Bad/Terrible/NO Service!!!!!!! Rented a Car from Avis/Budget Lanseria on the 20th of December and returned it on the 23 of December.On The 11th of January they deduct R 3 109 .10 for apparent damages caused by hail. Their was no damages ,the staff member inspected the car on return and found no damages!! I did not sign anything or fulled in a claim form. They just deduct and do not come back to you eventually I got an email they did a " Thorough" investigation and found me to be liable for the damages but they send me NO PROOF OF IT I am so frustrated because I feel they hold me responsible for somebodies else's Damages or their is No Damages at all and they cant found the paper work where the vehicle was signed of on return, How is that possible in a Big company like that? I Smell a Rat and now its their word against mine
