Avis

I rent a car on the 17th of January 2023 from Avis they placed a hold on my account for R2 835.35. i was informed that the funds will be released when i return the car. The car was returned on the 27th of January 2023 but the funds is still on a hold. I send a email to Avis two weeks ago i even went to the bank to see if they can help me but no luck. Rental agreement ***.
