<p>My name is Lerato Hope Magudelela, id. ********** 477082. On the 03rd of May 2017, I rented a car at Avis Soweto. On the 08th May 2017, I brought I back, when I took it, there were no carpets, I guy Name Bino who works there, treated me very badly, the car was clean except on my side because, were I work there is grass, and there were no carpets in the car, when took they said they don’t have carpets, so when I brought back Bino shouted at me telling me that the car is dirty I should have took it for car wash, I said to him can you please give me a brush so that I can clean it because of the grass, He said I must live because its dirty, I was so embarrassed when he was shouting, telling that next time I must wash it. I just kept quiet and I was very emotional . going back to a piece of paper that I found inside the car, I showed him the rules, no pet hair, no stains and no mud. That’s what I showed him, he kept on writing, then he told me to go to the office were I needed to fill in the paper work, I told the lady by the name of Felicity, who works a consultant there she said I must ignore him, I told the her I am going to report him cause I was very emotional. I was so sad when called on Tuesday, they send me back to him, without knowing it was him, I explained he said I was the one who was helping you, I told him how I felt , I sad to him, is it because I am a black woman, I should be treated that way , he said it’s not about a race, if I want to continue complaining I should do so, he doesn’t care.</p>
