I returned my rental car on 12 July2024 and haven’t been refunded yet . I have contacted the branch and customer care on numerous occasions. Yesterday they told me that the funds have released but nothing happened, I am tired of all the lies and empty promises . Avis is quick to take your money and now there seems to be a problem when it comes to the refund. How many times do I have to submit my details. Phone number , email address and banking details. I would strongly discourage anyone to ever make use of their services
