Authorization amount not returen - Bad customer service

You have appalling customer service. Your phone lines are unreachable. You owe me my authorization money. I returned the car on the 26th Sept, and you have deducted all that is due to you but yet you do not return my money. I need for one of your agents to call me. This is after one of your agents decided me by downgrading my vehicle cos the one I had booked and paid for was unavailable, yet I was still charged the same about as the upper grade vehicle.
