Authorisation hold

<p>Good morning Avis,</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please advise urgently when will my deposit be released? I rented the vehicle from your branch at Lanseria on 5th of December, returned it on 6th and everything was 100% (also account was paid in full). I also phoned your call centre on Monday to check what is going on but was unable to get this resolved as one of your consultant told me that someone from Avis will follow up with the bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>Awaiting reply.</p>
