Atrocious Service by service!!

I hired car from Avis that flooded the cabin with petrol fumes when you used the fan. Called their call center which directed me to the Sandton branch form to switch the vehicle only to arrive at the agreed upon time to be told that the replacement vehicle still needs to be washed. I leave my number for them to call me once the car is ready as I had other things to do. Over an hour later I arrived at the branch only to be given a car was still filthy and reeked of smoke from cigarettes!!!! What the Hell Avis?!?! If this turns into another Ford Kuga case there’ll be hell to pay????????????????????
