ASSAULTED BY STORE SUPERVISOR

I am shocked and very upset at the way I just got assaulted by the Store Supervisor at AVIS Sandton!!!<br> <br> I hired a car and was meant to return it today 19/03/2016 before 15:00 and I brought it at 16:20. He then said he will charge me for another day. I asked him why he deducted R640 yesterday 18/03/2016 and he said it's an extension to bring it back on Sunday 20/03/2016 and said \are u taking or leaving the car?\" I asked if he would charge me extra and he left me and went to sit at the back office. I asked the other staff member to give me the keys I'll come back tomorrow and I went to start the car. The supervisor then came and suddenly started using force saying he's taking his car back. I asked him what's going on and he said I'm being rude so he's taking his car back. Leaving me stranded after freezing money in my bank account. I called their helpline to report it and when they called the store he took the phone to te back office and denied everything and that was the end if the story. <br> <br> THIS CANNOT BE HAPPENING IN RSA IN 2016! I have called the police but I've been waiting for over an hour with no response from them. "
