Arrogant Company

<p>3 months after renting a vehicle from Avis they simply debited my credit card at 02h50 in the morning. Having queried this with the bank I am told that it is apparently a speeding fine.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not yet received an email from them or details of the fine and am just expected to allow them to debit my card as they wish.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why are they not able to supply proof of the fine? Why are they not professional enough to let me know in advance that they are going to debit my card? What happened to customer service?</p>
