Appalling Refund Experience
Not deserving of a rating I'm appalled by the service received as I'm receiving my funds in portions the first transaction was received Last sunday which was the holding fee and had to call this whole week only to be told the deposit will be paid in another 7 working days. However was told it would reflect today but when I call now was told it was processed yesterday ,meanwhile their car was dropped off on the 30th of June. I wouldn't recommend or consider using them again .it was my first and last time .
