Another bad Avis experience

I took out a mini lease with Avis Tygervalley the 9th of October 2019. The amount they supposed to deduct from my Credit Card is supposed to be the same every month. Every month except the three first months, Avis deduct the incorrect amount. Almost R4000.00 more the supposed to deducted !!! and every month I have to to battle to get the amount reversed. Why do you generate and sent me a customer rating email? To do what with ? When last did you had a look on this platform how unhappy and *********** your staff is ! Hope you will be out of business soon !
