***** and Theft

I am extremely annoyed with Avis , I booked a vehicle via the web to be picked up in Newcastle but never collected the vehicle , my bank account was debited last week for the amount of R583 and now again for R583.

This is clearly ***** and I would be going to the SAPS to open a case of ***** against Avis.

I suggest you reverse both these charges to avoid legal action

The booking number was 1***-ZA-2
