An Avis driver drove into my car at the Cpt airprt

An Avis driver drove into my Kia Sportage car while I was parked about 5 months ago. He admitted guilt and after numerous emails(of which I have records) they agreed to pay the repair cost. I had to fill in forms and submitted and reminded them again with several emails and also mentioned that I will have to report them and go to the media. Still nothing happened.<br> I had my car repaired and paid for the cost which was around R5000.<br> <br> I don't know where to go now and am asking you for help please.
