Amounts differ from quoted to billing

They quoted me <br> +-R 1 950 when booking was made. When I paid they billed me R 2 279-31. Deduct R 159-33 for petrol. When asking about the difference the staff member was very rude. There are three amounts now available for this transaction. 1st the R 1 950. 2nd +-R2 177-63 which staff member Natasha worked out, and finally the R 2 279-31 I had to pay. Natasha suppose to call me back, no reply. Phoned 1 October 2015 and Carol said they will listen to booking conversation and come back. That is what Natasha said 25 September 2015. I insisted to speak to the supervisor who I held on for 13 minutes. Eventually Mandla spoke to me. What a gentleman and he promised to call me back. There was INSURANCE added (NOT QUOTED) of R 147-35. Hallo!!!! I can insure you for a month for windscreen and punctures etc for that amount. The companies make HUGE profits on these types of insurance!!! Please insist on when making your booking that you are not interested in these add ons, as this is ridiculous premiums. R 60-63 waiver?? And remember that you can always refer them back to the telephone conversation when the booking was made. Will revert back to Hallo Peter if Mandla fails to reply. Thanks
