Am still waiting for you to contact me

Am still waiting for avis to contact me as they responsed on the previous hellopeter complaint,im still waiting for my refund as I still owe the bank 9700 because you double debited my account, if I don't get a response by 12pm tomorrow 04/02/2016 my laywer will be in contact with you from then ....Avis you are the worst rental company ever your service is bad and your employees don't know how to do their jobs......I just want my money back
