All I want for Christmas is last month's deposit

Avis, please I'm actually in a great mood and I really didn't want to type up this complaint but its been a week of me requesting that you release the hold you have on my rental deposit for LAST MONTH. It was supposed to happen within 48 hours of Bernice closing the month off - that would mean I needed the hold lifted on the closed month's deposit on Thursday 17 December. Its now 21 December and Avis is still holding on to nearly R10 000 of mine. Please, please I am BEGGING you all I want for Christmas is the release of the hold of last month's deposit.
