All Avis do is LIE!!

So here we are, another week later and I still have no refund on my deposit. I got some promises though, firstly it would take 72 hours to get the refund, so I waited. And it should not have been a surprise, but I just got more lies when I enquired about this, when it was not in my account after the 72 hours. Then I was promised I would get my refund on Friday or the latest Monday(today), which again did not happen. I'm now stuck with an overdrawn account because of this nonsense. My advise to anyone having to deal with Avis through your insurance, don't do it, rather use any alternative method they have available. And Avis please don't try calling me or even sending another private message, I'm not interested, because all you do is lie!!
