Agreement

Good day

I am currently on the mini lease with Avis Rental A Car, on the 7th of November I returned the car because it had a high mileage, unfortunately there were damages on the car as well, the damages add up to R8000.00 I am currently asking Avis to allow me to make a payment arrangement to pay for the damages however Avis wants to cancel my current contract and use the authorization to settle the damages. I am currently using the car to go to work and transport my daughter. I was told all of this today and now I have to raise 10700 if i want to keep the car

I didnt know that Avis was this heartless and it didnt care about they customers who are on a long term agreement and they willing to make arrangements to pay avis
