ADDITIONAL AMOUNT WAS TAKEN FROM MY CARD

<p>Yesterday Monday 25 July I fetched my rental car in Ontdekkers Roodepoort.</p> <p><br />I paid my R1,200 deposit.<br />When I got home I noticed that an ADDITIONAL amount of R2276.04 was taken from my card.</p> <p><br />I phoned avis.<br />The gentleman that booked my car, think his name is Sibusiso, said he made some mistake.<br />He then told me that my money would be refunded in less than 24 hrs.</p> <p><br />Well it's been 28 hours now and I still received no refund.</p> <p><br />Also I had to waste my airtime and time to enquire about all this.</p> <p><br />I am not happy about this and would like this to receive yout immediate attention.</p> <p><br />I also told him that I need my moneys to pay accounts.</p> <p><br />Avis needs to refund me with interest for a BAD MISTAKE.</p> <p><br />Regards,</p> <p><br />Hennie Nel</p> <p>Tech.
