Accident from Avis car

<p>on saturday 25 march 2016 one of Avis clients hit my car on the high N1S, the issue was reported to Avis claims department they have requested 3 quotes which i did send months ago they are not responding to me and when i call they keep giving me excuses saying they are attending to this issue</p>
