Accident

Had an accident with one of their car in East London the drivér told me the car was insured. When I go to East London branch they send me to their Head Office Johannnesburg they ask for everything they need I sent them it's over 2 years waiting for response . When I called them they ask me for witness of which I didn't have. So don't know what to do.
