Absolutely appalling service

<p>HIred a car from Avis cpt international airport in December last year. After a very long battle they decided to waiver all additional costs as they were clearly in the wrong and being incredibly unfair. No correct procedures were followed and just hassle upon hassle from day one. Despite receiving a mail confirming that everything was sorted and there would be no copayments, the deposit was then deducted again from credit card. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was was very rudely told that it was because I owed them money. This coming from the very same person who emailed me to say there would be nothing owed from my side - a Mrs Fasiega Roberts. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was Also promised a call back. This was a week ago and I still haven't heard anything. I am absolutely appalled with the way Avis treat their clients, completely unfairly and disregard any repercussions which have now been severe for me as my credit card was blocked. I was also never once informed by Avis that they would be retracting my deposit and no reason as to why. This has been one ongoing nightmare and I am incredibly dissapointed in the way this whole matter has been handled. </p> <p> </p> <p>Will NEVER be making use of their services again and strongly advise everyone else to avoid them as well as there will just be nothing but hassles.</p>
