A month and I am still waiting for my deposit

My AVIS vehicle was returned on 10 March 2015 and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded.<br> I have made numerous calls to the call center and every advisor advised me that they are waiting for the bank.<br> They then advise they will email the bank and call me back regarding feedback.<br> No one ever calls me back. I paid AVIS the deposit promptly as requested and I would like to request that AVIS keep to their promise and refund my deposit.<br> I do not understand why it is my responsibility to follow up daily on the refund.<br> This is money owed to ME by YOU, you can do the necessary follow up to ensure my money is refunded as it was deducted by you!<br> I woul appreciate it if you could urgently attend to this matter.
