Your statement doesn't match your original contract nor my insurance contract.
It was explained as tire and windscreen refundable insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now, even though I had that insurance you still want to charge a ****ing admin fee?
And your statement doesn't state admin fee, it states tire/wheel damage.
That's not how it works, that's insurance *****.
