On the 14/11/19 I rented a bakkie from AVIS polokwane international airport. It wan returned the sameday. On the 15/11/19 I visited the branch i was advised that the deposit will be returned within 21 days, till today i'm still waiting. On the 06/01/2020 i spoke to the manager at the branch, she promised to contact on the 13/01/2020. she failed. I contacted the customer care the same day and i was promised that they will come back to me. nothing happened. on the 15/01/2020 i contacted the branch i was put on hold. later when i phone to talk to the manager i was told she is not available to talk to me.
