6 weeks case opened from R5500 ****** from me for over 2000 km.i supposedly drove. No resolution on the case. Never use Avis !

It has been 6 weeks since my case was opened against avis and no response and no resolution. I used a car for 2 days and was charged R5500 for extra milage where I was accused of driving over 2000km. I have asked for the tracker map outlining these supposed kilometers and have been waiting weeks. I will be going to all social media pages until this problem is resolved and I get a full map out of the kilometers used as this is **************** !
