6 WEEKS AND DEPOSIT NOT RETURNED
I hired a car from Avis Mossel Bay through my insurance and their service was great. HOWEVER... it has now been 6 WEEKS that I have been phoning daily and sent lots of emails requesting my deposit back. Each time they tell me that they are requesting the funds or investigating or or or... different answer with each call. This is unacceptable!!
