4 Times the Disappointment Avis

<p>We made 4 attempts at booking with the Avis website at 18:34 for a C Class Mercedes, on all 4 occassions the amount left the account and on all 4 occassions the amount was returned to the account! If a vehicle is NOT available why must the amount get DEDUCTED and then RETURNED, I thought I was hiring a vehicle and not riding a Rollercoaster, where one moment you are happy that you secured your car and the next you are shocked that your money has been returned. So now we have NO car and we have NO way to get around over the next few days from Saturday 10 to 12 June 2017. I would like a response and possibly a car...</p>
