31 Days without deposit refund

On the 16th of November, I booked a car via FNB ebucks for collection at Cape Town International Airport. I paid a deposit and have been following up every week about my deposit refund with no luck... I was told it takes up to days 30. This is not the first time I have to chase them for refund and I got lots of lame excuses.
