"2 WEEKS LATER AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT"

I rented a car in Johannesburg on the 27Tth of August, I was told that it would take 2 days to have my deposit sent back into my account. Here we are nearly two weeks later and I still have not received my deposit. This is highly unacceptable service, do not make promises you can not meet.

Please see to it that my refund is returned into my account as soon as possible,
