2 Weeks and no Refund!?

One of our employees flew to Joburg and rented a car on 29/01/2015 which was returned the same day. The full amount was taken from my employees credit card. I phoned on the 02/02/2015 to find out when the refund will come through and was told it would be done in that week. Refunds are supposed to be done in 2-3 working days after rental.<br> <br> By yesterday (10/02/2015) we had still not received the refund so I phoned again and spoke to Caroline. She advised that it will be done within 24 hours from when i called her at 8.30. It's now 2pm the next day and still NO REFUND!! I phoned again and was told there was a delay with the banks and it should be paid 2-3 working days from today! So that makes it over two weeks waiting for a refund which should have take 3 days max! I request that interest is paid back with this refund amount when it is FINALLY refunded as this is not on at all and is costing my employee money!!!<br>
