I have a maintenance plan from Avis that was purchased with my Isuzu bakkie. The vehicle was sent into key delta mobeni for a service where it was discovered that the brakes were worn. Avis refuses to replace the brake discs as they were assumed to be “ damaged “ , by what seems to be a very *********** “ assessor “. This is the first time I have ever received this as an explanation from any car dealership. It is completely unacceptable , I just with that they had told me this isn’t really a maintenance plan and is just a ****. I could’ve saved R 14500 when purchasing the vehicle.
