Bad customer service

We called in to get some quotes on some interior designs for our work place, and got in contact with Mr Enver Scello who is the owner. He was extremely rude over the phone and didn't want to hear what I was asking as he did sound angry when he came to the phone. From my point of view he was letting his frustrations out on me ,who only wanted a little bit of help.
